BIG EAST HOME SCHEDULE FEATURES FOUR WEEKEND MATCHUPS
The BIG EAST Conference home schedule for the Marquette University men’s basketball team is highlighted by four weekend games at the BMO Harris Bradley Center, the league office announced Tuesday afternoon.
The Golden Eagles will host six league programs that competed in the NCAA tournament in 2016-17, including Elite Eight participant Xavier in the conference lidlifter on Dec. 27. A national television audience on Jan. 28 versus Villanova opens a three-game homestand, which concludes versus Providence on Feb. 3 on National Marquette Day. Al’s Night comes Feb. 21 in the annual home matchup with St. John’s and Senior Day versus Creighton on March 3 will be the program’s final game in the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
The BIG EAST Conference Championship is slated for March 7-10 at Madison Square Garden.
